to The Light CORC
Since 2004, The
Light Community Outreach and Resource
Center has offered emergency beds for anyone over the
age of eighteen in a clean, safe, Christian environment.
The shelter, equipped with shower and laundry facilities,
has provided thousands of meals for guests and the local
community, and temporary housing for hundreds.
In 2010, The Light CORC expanded its scope to provide
both certified in-house drug testing for local organizations
and substance abuse treatment services for the local
community and the Piedmont Circuit Drug Court.

wide range of services tailored to aid those in need.
Donations Needed
The
Light CORC is a 501(C)3 Non-Profit Organization.
